Rubbing hands together for warmth, to wash/dry your hands, or as a physical act of anticipation can be used to induce a hypnotic state. Pairing this action with a sensor allows hypnotic text/audio playback of scripts related to the client's unique goal. Available in-person and through Zoom.

Chewing

Chewing

Using a chin switch and chewing certain foods or gum is helpful for weight loss hypnosis. Each downward thrust of the chin triggers the switch that sends a signal to a computer to play back hypnotic text/audio. Available in-person using custom chin switches and mounts, and also virtually through Zoom by using the space bar on your computer keyboard or the mouse track pad on a laptop.

Tapping

Multitasking

Chewing

Tapping while making a decision, such as at a pantry filled with foods, can be used for weight loss hypnosis. Telegraph keys or other switches are used to trigger hypnotic text/audio playback at locations. Can be installed in-home if the client experiences success and wants daily access for self-hypnosis. Available in-person using custom adapted everyday domestic furniture, as well as virtually through Zoom using a computer mouse.

Talking

Multitasking

Multitasking

Using the sound of the voice can trigger playback of hypnotic text/audio. The audio is broken into small chunks to act as a series of small momentary signals to a computer.  The words spoken can be about the issues the client hopes to use active-alert hypnosis to address, spoken affirmations and intentions, or paired with the voice of the hypnotist to result in more powerful suggestions. Available in-person or virtually through Zoom.

Multitasking

Multitasking

These pioneering active-alert hypnosis techniques take advantage of the confusion induction hypnosis, where the client is trying to figure out many things at once, their critical factor (reason) is distracted and the brain gets to more suggestible states. Pairing the confusion induction with emerging technologies allows multiple sources of peripheral programming to get through to the subconscious as the client is attempting to perform designed multitasking activities related to their unique goals. Custom multitasking scenarios available in-person or virtually through zoom.
